Meet The Team

Sarah & Bill have owned the cafe since August 2023 and are passionate about bringing the community together regardless of a persons background.

Bill Fact: Die hard Rangers fan

Sarah Fact: Former Entertainment Host

Katie has been at the cafe since she was 14 and has been an asset to the team since Sarah and Bill took over. She is also our head baker and cooks all our in house cakes. She gained her level 3 hospitality with a distinction.​

Fact: Katie loves cats

Amy has been with us since September 2023 and is currently doing her hospitality level 2 apprenticeship with us. She comes across as shy and retiring but don’t let that fool you.

Amy Fact: Loves going to the gym

Lewis is in one of our newest members of the team. He is the baby brother to Katie our Manager and looks up to her so much. He is working towards an apprenticeship with team Pitstop

​Lewis Fact: Loves gaming

Sharon is our part time member and loves being in her little corner doing the dishes. She is quiet and comes across as shy but she certainly isn't.

Sharon Fact: She Loves Bingo.

Danni is a bubbly character that everyone knows she has a heart of gold and will always spend time with anyone who needs to chat.

OK, so not technically part of the team however as Sarah’s Mum we have given her a mention. She’s pop’s in from time to time whilst running errands but always end’s up helping the team out when she is in.
