Mental Health awareness is the core of South Shore Pitstop Cafe and we have decided to introduce an hour twice weekly where locals & strangers can come together for a piece of cake, a brew and a chat.

If you require information in regards to local services available we will also try to help where we can. If we don’t know it we will find out for you.
